Intentional About Living our Best Lives

Hello!

I’m Mandy. I am a data-driven consultant, organizational scientist, and executive coach who cares so much about well-being at work that I decided to do a PhD in it. Throughout my career I have watched people sacrificing their wellbeing for work and thought there must be a better way.

Understanding this phenomenon inspired me to do a PhD in Organizational Behavior where for the past 6 years I have honed my expertise in wellbeing topics such as energy and time management, trends in the future of work, coping with stress and burnout, and team and group coaching.

Now I combine my marketing project management skills, my deep academic knowledge, research abilities, and Board-certified coaching experience to create and deliver custom, data-backed programs that help people to be their best selves at work and beyond. My dissertation research focuses on how making progress toward our goals and being well are not mutually exclusive, even in the face of uncertainty and under intense time pressure.

My specialties include:

  • Conducting custom research

  • Designing bespoke employee experiences

  • Creating employee learning and development programs

  • Providing coaching services at the individual, group, or team level

  • Consulting on HR practices that drive high-performance teams, employee engagement, and employee well-being

I have a special fondness for technology companies and would love to be a part of building a future of work full of well-being and meaning for all. Please feel free to reach out to me at mandymvarley[at]gmail.com.
